SUNDAY SERVICE on 15 November 2020

Good evening Saints,

I greet you all in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus;

First, I pray that this email finds each of you in good health and living to the fullness of purpose that God has for your life.  The purpose of this email is to inform all members, friends that Mt. Moriah will be returning to “Virtual Church” (Live Streaming Only), on this coming Sunday.

As you may know, on November 10, the State of California moved San Diego County into Tier 1, also called the Purple Tier, the state’s COVID-19 risk level 1.  This means restrictions will go into effect on a variety of businesses and activities.

Under the state’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy, the following need to stop indoor operations starting Nov. 14.

•Restaurants

•Places of worship  

•Gyms and fitness centers, including yoga studios

•Movie theaters

•Museums

•Zoos and aquariums

The restrictions will remain in effect until the County of San Diego moves back to Tier 2, also known as Red Tier.  (Please know that trouble doesn’t last always!)

During these times of difficulties let us continue to lift one another up in prayer.  Pray for others the way that you would like them to pray for you! We need each other!

I also want to take this opportunity, to let each of you know that it is a privilege and an honor to serve as your Pastor and Brother in Christ.

Vision

The King James Version of Proverbs 29:18 reads, “Where there is no vision, the people perish”.

The vision for Mount Moriah Christian Church is to build a Multi-Cultural, Multi-Ethnic, Victorious Church with Love and Kindness; through discipleship in accordance with the Word of God. Our focus is on healing and repairing lives then training and equipping them for their calling in the body of Christ. We desire to compel men and women to become all that they can be in Christ Jesus.
